Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom - Down And Out in the Magic Kingdom is a 2003 science fiction book, the first novel by Canadian author and digital-rights activist Cory Doctorow. Probably its most notable feature is the fact that, concurrent with its publication by Tor Books, Doctorow released the entire text of the novel under a Creative Commons license on his website, allowing the whole text of the book to be read for free and distributed without needing any further permission from him or his publisher.
Advance copy - An advance copy of a book is released by the book publisher before has gone to press. Advance copies often serve as review copies, may or may not be the final version of the text, and generally do not have the final dust jacket, formatting or binding of the finished product.
Book of generations - The Book of generations is a partially lost text that the modern documentary hypothesis claims was used by the redactor of the torah to connect up parts of the priestly source and the JE source. The text thus, in the hypothesis, forms part of the torah, in particular, the text is believed to be fragmented across several portions of the text, since it was used as a filler for several joins.
Eastern Standard Tribe - Eastern Standard Tribe is a 2004 novel by Cory Doctorow, who also wrote Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom and A Place So Foreign and Eight more. Like Doctorow's first two novels, the entire text was released under a Creative Commons license on Doctorow's website, allowing the whole text of the book to be read for free and distributed without his or his publisher's permission.
